Hi jinks and a hoedown

I've no idea what Bella was up to here but it looks like she's about to "commence to prancin'"

She and her mum paid us an unexpected, but welcome, visit this afternoon which ended up with a stroll along the beach and as you can see included lots of high jinks.

Three highlights included:

.....being shown where Bella is particularly sensitive to tickling. Just the thing a grandpa should know.

...and meeting a Middle Eastern family on the beach who were enjoying a picnic and nargile.

...meeting a 14 year old Border Terrier, Angus, that look like a puppy!

The only downside was that The Wonder Dog seems a bit unwell, maybe he ate something on the beach, and has been moping around avoiding food for a couple of hours.
