Tuesday 22 November 2011: High Level

i stood at this spot on Sunday morning and took a photo, it was nearly my blip for that day. I picked something else instead, so, when I found myself bck in Newcastle again I had only one objective for the blip.

Today I went to the Doctors to get the results of my blood test, it was confirmed that I have Gout, great !! further more the Doctor is not happy about my high blood pressure and I have to have an ECG, I wonder if I'm falling apart !

Anyhoo, to celebrate I went out for a run, off road, Earthdreamery will be pleased to hear that I donned my Fell shoes for the first time for five years and set off through the local woodland up and down hill. My speed was slow but I managed five miles. On the downside the shoes blistered my right heel ;-(

I'm now off to Martyn's school for a Parents evening to discuss how on earth I'm going to fund him if he is successful for Oxford or Cambridge !!
