Walking beside the Union Canal

Tuesday is walking day for L and myself. We parked at Ratho and walked the 9 miles along the canal in to Edinburgh. It was a beautiful sunny day, and we enjoyed the reflections in the canal. Saw a Merganser and (perhaps) a Ring Ouzel too.

I couldn't decide which picture to blip. I chose this one because it was taken with my little LX3. It's been neglected ever since I got a more expensive camera with a viewfinder, but actually it does a good job and I've been waiting to give it an outing here. (Is it bad to anthropomorphise cameras, I wonder?)
