The Life Of Ponty Cyclops

Funghi By Flashlight

You turn your back for one day and these pop up everywhere.

Thanks to Pennybun I got these mushrooms ID'd as Honey Fungus. Your advised not to eat them, to be honest never felt the urge to try and eat any wild mushroom in my life.

There is quite a crop of them on the lawn all of a sudden, they seem to grow pretty rapidly, but then, it is so damp and mild, it's hardly surprising.

I decided to take another picture of them after yesterdays blip, but this time using the flash.

This one seems to have attracted a couple of visitors!

The beginning of the end really started today in work. We are producing the last of our main products today, and thus ending 72 years of it being a main manufacturing site. From Monday there are only the products that remain online until May being made, and a few odds and sods here and there until December 1st.
