Wednesday 23 November 2011: Building The World Over

See? They're everywhere! (Not long now until all is revealed, I promise.)

Feel good for getting out on the Wednesday run with Dara and Instography, but fecked my respiratory system again cycling a little too aggressively up the hill in the cold - my lungs feel like I've smoked three hundred fags.

At least I'll be thin and well toned when I die of self-inflicted bronchitis.
