Garden Goodie

This is the fungus eating ladybird, Illeis galbula My oriental type poppy that I blipped a few days back has developed some powdery mildew. Thankfully this ladybird is helping out and eating it for me. I have about 6 seed pods so I think I will have enough seeds to keep the poppies going for next year.

I was rather fascinated by the patterns on the underside of the poppy leaf. You might need to go large for the full effect.
