Almost a self portrait

This is as close as I'm ever going to get!

As I knelt down to adjust my camera this morning I felt a soft squelch on my knee.

Placing my hand down to investigate I noticed that both my hand and my knee were firmly situated in a nice, fresh pile of dog mess.

Dog Owner of Bristol, whoever you are, please show some consideration.

Learning point for me: Look where you kneel!

As I sit here in my classroom with soaking, newly scrubbed trousers, a vague hint of dog odour still lingering, I have some time to ponder this.
