not much of a photo to celebrate but the only quarter decent!
Busy day collecting Angus and Rosie from the Egg theatre in the morning then Rosie had a hearing test (all clear) up at the RUH and Angus had gymnastics.
In between a rushed lunch and gym we dropped Richard off at the coach station. Wont say more about that til Saturnday (???)
After gym we went to Avon Valley for more tiring out - it worked as Angus fell asleep on the way home.
Quiet evening once they were in bed. I made a most delicous mushroom soup that I devoured. Then in a bid to get fit again I did 35 minutes on my cross trainer.
All good.
