Banana plate

This fungus has been growing larger and larger and changing shape. There is now a wavy rim. The bananas were included to show the size. Does anyone know what this is? It is growing on our lawn with two others under a forsythia bush.

A day of gardening. I even resurrected the old mower which I thought had really broken down for good. Just a little unblocking and filling up with petrol did the job so all the fungi have now been chopped except for the above and the lawn looks a little less like a field!

N went to the surgery for his flu jab. T and the dog were out on the local pheasant shoot which seems to be popular with some of the villagers and their children who come out beating.
