Sea shell at the sea shore

Had to pick up a "Munted T-shirt" from www.martees.co.nz in Mt Pleasant today.Great shirts by the way, no name dropping or endorsements ,handbacks involved.Really nice people.
It was hot, very hot, so dropped by the beach on the way back.
Its an amazing place now, it has always been an amazing beach.After the earthquakes though,you still have the beach,the surf and the sea air but on the other side,the dark side you have the rock falls,the houses on the edge,container row.There is a lot of big cracks in them thar hills so me thinks it isn't finished yet.
Its the real never ending story.
