My first time calling 110 in China.
These so called "black cars", illegal motorbike taxi are getting more and more savage.
One even parked his bike right in front of the escalator blocking the way; when I tried to duck beside them, he intentionally moved his bike and almost hit me. They just laughed...
I often hear my expats friends say how they envy that I can understand the language, this is one situation that I wish I didn't know what they were talking about.
I snapped this picture while running into a nearby Starbucks. Called 110 at the office. I know they will disappear once they sight a police, and then reappear as soon as the police is gone. But someone has to do something, right?
