It's still coming down!!

Monsoon does not do justice to the deluge we have experienced here today. This is a drainage culvert which normally has a gently meandering stream gurgling through it. When cars pass on the road pedestrians are being hit by tsunami like waves as the cars hit the flooding from blocked drains. Its also cold. Totally miserable! Oh joy
