Wednesday 30 November 2011: Inside looking out...
642/365: ... and a pretty sunrise from my office window.
From which I could hear the march of the people striking today as they made their way from the centre of town and past the University. But couldn't see them.
From which I acquired a migraine as the lights flickered and I couldn't turn them off.
From which I had oodles of meetings.
From which I didn't have chance to leave all day until the migraine kicked in to the point where I needed to get home.
And en route, about 3 or 4 miles from home, having driven 40 miles already... some idiot in a sporty red car was chatting to her mate... and rear ended me as we waited at a roundabout. As I pulled in to look at damage etc, instead of pulling in behind me, she turned off the roundabout - and drove away. No number plate. No nothing.

Gah.
Ever think your day was a bit cursed?
Got home and Maddy had a little friend over. Which has been fun for her, but not for my poor old head (and after the shunt incident, my aching neck too!) as they played endless 'run about and scream and shriek with laughter' games. Love those.
*sigh*
