That's what happened today

Another trip to the ante natal clinic and the start of my two weekly scans. Only now, they will become twice to three times weekly, because the baby's too small for its weeks. A trip to the clinic is never without excitement and today was no exception: a stand up argument between patients and a nurse who admitted she didn't want to take their blood (she had her reasons), and a pair of disinterested and disenfranchised patients showing no interest in their crying child except to say STOP loudly right in its face several times. When that didn't work the dad said IF YOU DON'T STOP CRYING YOU'LL HAVE TO SLEEP WITH THE DOG.

Which was nice.
