Kai, people watching at the train station (en route to great-grandmas 89th birthday)
thank you so much for your encouraging comments on my last two blips in this style. In response to a few who asked how I have done it, I'd say first - a ridiculously painstaking amount of trial and error!
But more specifically: retouch app to take out of the photo the details I don't want. Then, use different apps to convert to monochrome, overexpose, high contrast and add tint. There is probably a much less labour intensive way to do it than I am (any advice welcome) but I'm enjoying the process and the results along the way!
