My wife is a sucker for church fund raising events, and suggested going to one this afternoon despite arriving 5 minutes before the purported closing time. Not at all a waste of effort, as I got to take a portrait of this stall owner. She was a bit surprised that I photographed her ahead of her displayed work for sale. It was kind of hard to come up with an answer that did not insult her either way.

I also had a nice chat with a semi-pro photographer who had another stall with some lovely flower pictures for sale.
