Saturday 3 December 2011: 2011 Challenge - Gathering
A young girl shyly starts to pet a dog near a gathering of "Walkabout- South Park" spectators.
The shops, restaurants, artisans and community residences along 30th Street between Kalmia and Beech Streets stay open longer tonite.
From 6:00 to 10:00 pm thousands of people walk about the neighborhood, sampling and buying many different types of food and tasty treats, buying hand crafted and unusual items as gifts, and enjoy the wonderful Christmas light displays.
Many of the residents also walk their dogs as they enjoy "Walkabout".
