The Xmas present for the person who has everything, but enough marmite, If there could be such a thing.
The 1 inch of snow lay crisp and gave me pause to be careful, but a young student didn,t turn up today as she was involved in a frightening crash on the A9. Her car burst into flames just after she managed to force open the door and escape. The BBC, not keen on fact, labelled her as pregnant. Perhaps she was overheard saying she was on her way to the maternity unit.
She was discharged home with bad bruising and one of her 9 lives gone. A very lucky girl. I just wonder how she has fielded all the calls of, "Why didn't you tell me you were expecting?" The one from her husband must have been a good one.
