Bass & Moon

Urgh - I woke up this morning feeling not quite right (some may say that is 'normal' for me ;-) and I've been feeling under the weather all day. I think I may have picked up0 a wee Welsh bug yesterday :-(

So I have been taking it easy today. I went for an acupuncture session this afternoon which always makes me feel very relaxed and I blipped this rather spectacular moon on the way home.

I am spending the evening in tonight rather than lifeboat training and looking after myself so I get better soon!
