Thursday 8 December 2011: Tivoli Illuminations

Every hour, on the hour from 6pm there is a quite spectacular light show with lasers, fountains, music and a burst or two of flames. It is very, very effective and well worth catching while you wander around all the other eye candy in here. I chose this shot because it gives a small hint of exactly how close Tivoli is to the middle of Copenhagen. The Tower on the right (if my orientation is not completely out) is Rådhuspladsen which is basically the town council building or city hall - the city's centre.
I'm terribly afraid that this series could begin to look a bit repetitive, which will just not do justice to the place. I will have to work on that. Ho, hum - it's all good learning.
