Hazy Moon

This was the M55 tonight as I passed over it. The moon had been looking clear but when I got here and stopped it had slipped behind the clouds.

Didn't run last night, it was daughter #1's parents evening, she is doing very well and everyone was pleased with her progress.

Tonight I decided to go spinning, the wind made the thought of running outside less than appealing. My legs were still quite shot after Tuesday nights efforts but the cycling followed by a Jacuzzi and sauna felt good.
