Thursday 8 December 2011: Nativity
The travelling nativity is a home made clay set that comes home from school with a different child every night in advent ( they have a few sets and every child has it once during advent). It comes with a candle and it's a chance to sit and reflect on the real meaning of Christmas ( which apparently is not just " a box of After Eights " )
Also is a little tag that Lottie made for the school tree. Whether you are religious or not it's lovely to see kids thinking of others so sensitively
In other news : coffee with Vicky, then Iadr a semi decent lasagne later and my mate Sid joined us, Masterchef was fab ( horrified that have developed an TV programme addiction ) oh and must remember to insert ubiquitous comment about how dreadful the weather has been today!
Still not a bad day though
Note to self : try to sound less like middle aged housewife tommorow
