Sunday 11 December 2011: Pony in the rain
I was amazed at the response to yesterday's dead fox. Thank you for all your interest and your sympathetic attitude to the demise of a creature classed as vermin.
Today I didn't venture far. It rained and my nose streamed in sympathy (or maybe the other way round) as I have a cold.
Here's one of the Tir Gofal/heritage land ponies on the coast where they do the job of keeping the scrub in check.These traditional grazing practices preserve the habitat to suit the flora and fauna.
Now I have to get to bed without fulfilling my comment obligations. Apologies for that.
