Demolition at the Canterbury University

I saw this on my way home today, and I know that hpx has recorded the jaws eating into the concrete, and also Karenjulia has shown the deconstruction of the same building - Siemons Building.
They are still working on it, and talking to the Site Manager he told me that the concrete in it is believed to be the left over ingredients from the Clyde Dam in the 1960's and is particularly tough and hard to break down.
Just a short distance away the other Engineering building is down, but then there is the job of breaking up the concrete and reinforcing to take away, so machinery are making a lot of noise in this area. I am glad I live just far away enough not to be bothered by it all.
