Mince Pie Taste Test #3

This was good - very good - nice nutty mincemeat and an almost home-made pastry.

Sadly, all shop-bought mince pies are ruined for me now. After I had one of Sarah's home-made beauties yesterday. They didn't just taste good, they looked great too. Perfect pastry, beautiful toasted brown colour, deep-filled with home-made mince-meat and an almond-paste and almond on top... perfection. She should go into business.
