Define 'Quality'??!!

I'm working away from home for the next 3 days and I have to admit, I was very concerned yesterday that I wouldn't cope away from my friends and the comfort of my home. BUT I have had a really good work day today and I feel a teeny tiny bit better.

I'm staying in a Quality Hotel in Birmingham and it's a little 'tired' but at least it's clean & they do room service.

I am getting my appetite back - I have certainly lost a few pounds over the past 5 days. So I'm going to order some room service now and relax for the rest of the evening.
