Wednesday 14 December 2011: Postcard from London

This picture is taken from an events space called Altitude on the 6th floor of Millbank Tower.

I'm here to do two portraits and had just set up my lights when the building alarm went off. To start with we thought it was a bomb alert, but it turned out just to be a fire somewhere. Nevertheless we all had to be evacuated, all 27 floors of us, to a little park behind Tate Britain.
