Wednesday 14 December 2011: Hello Felix...
656/365: ... you don't know me, but I'm the version of your mum you had when you were 5.
And this is a photo of that thing you did when you had a cold. All the time. Bit of snot. Bit of a tongue, flicked from grotty-boy mouth... sorted.
Yup... you liked doing it then. To the extent where it would make your mouth red all the way around. And even when your nose and mouth hurt you and would make you cry, you'd still do it.
Now that we're all grown ups, shall we agree it was pretty gross?
Love you lots
Your Mummy (from when you were 5)
Soooo... guess what - another busy day. Meeting after meeting and am now down to a whisper of a voice. Which will make the presentation I've got to do tomorrow morning oodles of fun! Seven working days left until Christmas. Only seven. That's doable, right? I'm still getting calendar alerts from my OU job as I haven't got around to sorting cancelling them - and it's nice, in a warped sorta way, to see deadlines for marking, tutorials etc coming up... and knowing that I don't have to do any of that! I honestly have no idea how I used to fit it all in.
PS That whole nose licking thing.
