I'm glad I made the effort, but I wasn't feeling too badass tonight. In fact, it all felt like twice as much work than usual.

And my only profound thought was 'does piping tinny music into the forecourt of a used car showroom encourage more people to buy cars?'

Perhaps eating two curries in less than 24 hours was the root of the problem.
