The difference a night makes

I was stunned to open the curtains this morning and discover about 7 inches of snow covering everything in sight! How did that happen?
But I'm not complaining (although I will probably miss a Christmas party tomorrow)! I love snow as demonstrated by all my blips last year. I was worrying about blipping the same images again but then thought about it and every moment in this life is unique. It has never been before and will not be again. And that makes each blip unique too!
This gigantic beech tree is in the field next to ours. It's a real beauty at all times but I love it most when it's covered in snow.
