The Cut

After a wet morning I took advantage of a bright afternoon and to run some enegry off my kids spent a great three hours walking the fields and leeds/liverpool canal towpath. It's a great spot where the canal rises over 50 feet thru a series 5 locks @ Johnsons Hillock. Early 19th century technology at its best.
