Friday 16 December 2011: Tickle fest

Weather good again for a row! Saw hardly any other boats.

Picked up Tatum from school today 1 hour early- the beginning of the holiday break. It was "pajama day" so most of the kids and the teachers were wearing pajamas and/or robes. Very fun! She made a gingerbread house here which I intended to blip but decided this photo was more fun with Boppa H tickling Tatum (in her pajamas) and Fiona after dinner (their Dad came over for dinner with Fi after picking her up from day care.- Mom works til 7:30.)
Can't you just hear them squealing?

After they left we had to sit QUIETLY for some time.

A word about gingerbread houses: When my boys were little we used to make our own, different every year - it was a big production to plan the pattern for the house, roll out and cut the dough to fit. Now every grocery store has a kit where the pieces are all made and one just frosts it together and decorates it. I must say it is a heck of a lot easier and definitely the only way it would happen now.
