Sunday 18 December 2011: Oh no they're not
Bella's safety glasses were on the minute the safety curtain went up on the panto, but they didn't stay there for long. She bravely sat bare-eyed through witches, beasts, magic, bangs and whooshes, joining in and shouting at all the appropriate points.
But she did check herself for ears and a tail when the witch said she'd cast a spell on all the children in the audience.
Feeling even more christmassy now. Shame there's another week of busyness between us and it.
