Ubiquitous seasonal bauble blip

The giant baubles housed inside the glass structure that also encases the large steel rods that support the London Eye. Can you believe those six rods hold up something so immense?

We had no time to go on it, just had a quick meander through the area on the way to the Manic Street Preachers gig.

Good to be dressed up ( I went for little black dress rather than wedding dress) and the new sandles that were ace apart from the impractical side to them , oh and the pain and the blisters .....my feet haven't looked bad since the 24 hr race )

Great gig , terrible photos of the band so you get bling instead


We stayed in hotel on the river so we got views of the houses of parliament and the London eye.

A rock gig and politics all in one weekend . Ace!!
