Monday 19 December 2011: Xmas wrong way up
Lunch today in Thailand No 1 in Matlock.
It's a lovely little restaurant that any town would love to have, nice food, extremely friendly and attentive staff with reasonable prices.
Every year they put a xmas tree up 'upside down'.
It's not only quirky but very practical as they'd have to have a very small or extremely thin tree otherwise as it would cover up the access leading to the lovely gallery dining area upstairs.
