A load of (rugby) balls

Well, taking up a massive challenge in work (maybe), will be dealing with our most vulnerable customers.

Hopefully this will lead to a better permanent job within my office, I must say this is the furthest I will have stepped out of my comfort zone in what feel's like forever. Dreading it, but keen to face up to the challenge. Not going to dwell on it, or go into detail - But if my next few blips come over as dark & broody please be aware that I have not turned into the devil child of the Grinch & Scrooge - Just pushing myself through an emotional/mental barrier
