Tuesday 20 December 2011: Christmas Dinner.....
I was successful tonight with a goose in the bag, I will let it hang for a few days before plucking and dressing it on Christmas Eve, but at least we don't have to buy a Turkey, and you can't get any fresher than this.
Some may consider this to be cruel but these are considered to be a pest, they are here all year round and take over large water ponds and get rid of all the resident Ducks and Swans.
Oh well, got to get ready for tomorrow as this will be a big day, I believe we are to receive some travellers from a far off land in the east.
