Wednesday 21 December 2011: Bellbird
Tina and I went out to the Red Barn for coffee THIS MORNING! We got home just before 4pm! We made a slight detour back via Mt Robert and Lake Rotoiti. We stood for ages in a bird hide just watching the light and leaves fall through the trees. I managed to snap a young Tui and eventually a Bellbird and Tom-tit came a calling. The Bell bird is th blip because it's the first time I've caught a half decent shot of one. You can see the other shots on Flickr here although might take a time to load!
