So, here is the deal. My mum just upgraded her contract to the iPhone 4S. She noticed she didn't have 3g and rang up to find out that she had been given a Blackberry tariff. Her contract was then terminated on both her new, Orange, phone and her old, o2, phone. She was without a phone for 2 days because of the poor service from Orange. After a painful number of phonecalls everything is sorted and I now have her old, still in good condition, white, shiny iPhone 3S. It all works out in the end.
