Thursday 22 December 2011: Alex's Turkey
Continuing on with the Christmas theme.
Today I visited my friend Alex and we picked up his turkey, 15lbs of prime turkyness.
Alex is a big fan of marinating and getting middle eastern flavours into his cooking.
Always great tasting with loads of flavour, my sort of food.
