Here are some unsuspecting people in the process of getting soaked.
Spent ages wondering around town this afternoon. There's loads of people around now, unlike last night. They all seem to be frantically darting into and out of shops like there's no tomorrow. Haven't a clue what's got into them. Anyone would think the world was about to end.
