Saturday 24 December 2011: Minnie...
...and I want to wish you all a wonderful Christmas. I miss the days when the kids were little and it was easy to buy presents from the toy shop. I miss sneaking into their rooms to deliver them, and consume the mince pie, sherry and carrot (for the reindeer) they left out. Plans for tonight are good though: midnight mass with whichever of them are here, followed by minced pies, mulled wine and board games - my favourite is Dingbats. Maybe it's because I'm batty myself...
