The Blackcountry Man

The Wise Men travelled to Bethlehem....

There were three Wise Men far in the East and they were visited by the very same Angel that visited the Shepherds, You kow the slim one, he told them of a new born baby that would be born in a stable far away in a little town called Bethlehem (Brierley Hill), they were to travel by Camel and take gifts for the baby.
The Wise men were named Gaspar, Melchior and Balthazar they gathered their Gifts, Gold, frankincense, and myrrh, they took their Camels, even the Spanish pink one and travelled the long road to Bethlehem.
They passed three Shepherds and a flock of sheep camped on the hill just outside Brierley Hill, Bethlehem, the Shepherds warned of a woman with a great Wrath and dislike to all things Sheeplike.

They arrived at the small Inn and rang the door bell, DING DONG,
(I'm getting really good with these sound effects), at the sound of the door The Inn keeper went to the door and opened it up, the wise men and their Camels Shot through the door and came to a halt in the Garden which was right through the kitchen.
The Inn Keepers Wife (Mrs BM) was pushed aside by the camels as they galloped through the hall.
"What the devil is going on" said Mrs BM The Inn Keepers Wife "where have these Camels come from?"
"I have no idea" said BM The Inn Keeper, "they must be here for the Lady and her baby".
"You love all this attention don't you? I can see it on your face, they must think we take in all waifs and strays here, and just look at the mess they have made. You just don't care do you?"
BM went to confront the Wise Men only to find that they were dismounting and about to disturb the lady and her husband. Look your all too early said The inn keeper, can't you ever get the timing right? Take your Camels, and come back tomorrow, perhaps there will be better news then".
The Inn Keeper walked back to the house passing the Pink Spanish Camel, that was giving him some funny looks as he passed.
Didn't I see him Last year? He was one of the three but he is all alone now.
Yes said Balthazar, we upgraded this year and we traded in the other two Spanish ones for these lovely creatures.
"Well my wife is not that fond of them so could you leave as soon as you can before she blows her top", said the Inn Keeper.
At that they gathered up their things and left.
All was now peaceful again at the Inn and if you listen closely you may hear the cry of a new born baby around Midnight.
