Monday 26 December 2011: Real Peeps

I waited like a good girl to open my Secret Santa gift yesterday! It was the most fabulous red enamel camera pendant! A huge belated thank you to my blip Secret Santa! I wore it all of yesterday & it made me very happy! (I'll put a photo of it in my Blipfolio soon).
Now in reply to Di's question as to whether we shall find out the identity of our Secret Santa's, I think I'll leave that up to you to give yourselves away ;)

It's not long 'til my 365th, so I thought I'd have a week of telling you about some of my fave blippers......

How did I come to find out about Blipfoto? Well, it was through an old 'real life' friend of mine who was on Twitter & who posted their blips on there. Her name is Emma. She doesn't post very often at the moment as her life is pretty hectic, but I still tweet her & hope to meet up with her in 2012 as I haven't seen her since we were teenagers!!

Of course my next 'real life' blipper is none other than Mrs C. I have known Kate since 2006 when our girls started pre-school together. Kate used to live in a house that backed onto my back garden & I remember seeing her & Anna's shadows in the front bedroom when we had some fireworks one year. Little did I know all these years later that she would be the best support to me in one of the most difficult times I've ever had, whether that be having a coffee in Costa or 2 bottles of wine on a Stitch n Bitch night! ;)
We both share a love for taking photos of our family & surrounding area & feel comfortable talking cameras & taking photos together.
Kates photos are real life & always has a humorous moan write up!

A new addition to my 'real life' blippers is tammiegirl who as yet I've not met in person properly, although I have seen her supping coffee with Kate in Costa's, but I have a feeling we will meet in 2012 as she lives in the street behind me! More great shots of our local area & real family write ups :)

'til tomorrow...... x
