Monday 26 December 2011: Last Bus
I had to work tnight
The pub was proper busy
It got to 11pm
And I thought, hang on a second missy
Is it Sunday service?
Or is it worse than that?!
When's the very last bus?
30mins! no time for chat!
I caught it with 3 mins to spare
I really was quite lucky
It dropped me off
No 22, taxi! that's rather sucky
Waited on George Street till I was on the brink of hypothermia but no bus came so I hoped in a taxi home. Had a nice day, lunch with Dad, games with my niece then down to work. 5 days off now hurrah!!
