Saturday 5 July 2008: Street Cooking
This man runs the restaurant across the street from my school I have my lunch there most days. Usually he cooks in the kitchen but he was cooking some of his wares on the footpath today. It was windy and there was a lot of dirt in the air and crap flying around but it didn't matter. His 'stove' is a couple of very old milk crates, a piece of board and a gas burner. There is a really old gas bottle there, but you can't see it.
There are flies on the dough sitting ont he table..
