Tuesday 27 December 2011: Golden Falls

I've been without a computer now for several days. I'm borrowing hubby's laptop or using my Kindle Fire for accessing the internet. My hard drive on my iMac failed. While I had to wait until after Christmas to get some help, I'm still awaiting the arrival of my new hard drive in which a friend is fixing it. I'm thankful for Apple's Time Machine that backups several times a day on an external drive and that I have all my image and important files backed up to other external drives. Hopefully I'll be back in business soon!

Trying to keep my mind off of computer issues and staying close to home this week. Hubby and I are taking some little geocaching and photo trips. This morning we visited Golden & Silver Falls about 25 miles from where I live. Though I have many photos of these beautiful falls, it's always fun to photograph them in other seasons. I was able to get into other areas by the falls I've not previously been able to go because of the lack of rainfall. The spray was not an issue today.
