Sunday 25 December 2011: It'll Be Lonely This Christmas .....
Someone couldn't wait for everyone else to join her for Christmas dinner! And you couldn't blame her: scallops with black pudding, garlic prawns, pate, Palma ham with cured mutton and a range of salads were so tempting that we were all (nearly) too full for the main course. Just one of the advantages of spending Christmas Day with my sister and her family at the hotel were my niece's husband is chef!
