Dinner at the dacha

After a bit of a marathon drive through a gale we arrived safe and sound at The Glen and ready to settle down for a bit of a break.

So to celebrate we broke all the rules and had our dinner in front of the fire.

Stove roaring, risotto on the table, a glass of vin blanc, opera on the radio, dog snuggling on the sofa and a storm raging outside.

All is well with the world.
