Wednesday 28 December 2011: A Boy and His Dog
Today, my son, Andrew, arrived home. He moved to Albany, NY, almost a year ago and this is the first time we've seen in since then. More importantly, it is the first time 14-year-old Sugar, his dog since he was a little boy, has seen him since then. Sugar's had a rough year and we were afraid she might not make it long enough to see him on his visit.
Flashback to the two of them when she was a puppy.
It was a joyful reunion.
